Evil Bill Is Dead
Bill Rehnquist, that is. One less guy who gives a damn about Gilbert and Sullivan, whoever they are. And federalism. And kicking people when they're down. Am sorta wondering, in a detached, glad-I'm-in-Canada sorta way, what soulless whitebread asshole they'll recruit to replace him. (UPDATE: Answer: John Roberts)

And no, I don't care if he was a nice guy in person. Hitler loved his dog. But that's not the legacy I'll remember. Alan Dershowitz nails it for me here:
